Customs Bonded Warehousing

We have bonded warehouses in Houston, San Antonio, and New Orleans

Our range of licenses, endorsements, and permits brings several advantages:

Safe Storage: Our facility serves as a secure haven for items subject to quota or other import restrictions while alternative logistics arrangements are being made.

Efficient Handling: We provide efficient handling and management of imports, ensuring their safety and compliance throughout the storage period.

Southwest Freight utilizes its bonded warehouse and yard for various purposes, including storing imports undergoing Customs examination, those seized, in long or short-term bonded storage under "Warehouse Entry," or pending final release from US Customs custody for consumption in the USA. Our bonded yard serves as a secure location for storing heavy or bulky cargo.

With over 150,000 square feet of premium covered and secure bonded warehousing space, equipped with 24-hour security patrols, CCTV, and alarm systems, our Customs Bonded Warehouse offers customers peace of mind to store imports for up to five years. Alongside our Container Freight Station, which boasts the most experienced team and comprehensive range of shipping and import services on the Gulf Coast, we provide cost-effective solutions that seamlessly integrate budgetary concerns and import logistics planning.

Our Container Freight Station facilitates the unloading of full container loads or LTL cargos into our bonded warehouse, or alternatively, customers can opt to park their import trailer or container in our bonded yard. Upon clearance, customers can retrieve their shipments themselves, or we can arrange delivery or short-haul drayage as per their preference.

Importers value the flexibility of our bonded warehouse programs, and drawing upon our extensive bonded warehousing experience, we are always ready to offer advice and assistance on any import-related issues you may encounter.
